My Story
Hello! I’m Avantika Kashyap, a graduate from Delhi University with a passion for creativity, technology, and continuous learning.
I currently work at Sotrue, an e-commerce brand as a Customer Support Team Leader where I manage daily team operations, coordinate workflows, prepare performance reports, guide team members, and ensure smooth execution of operational processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
To strengthen my career and stay ahead in today’s digital landscape, I enrolled in a Digital Marketing course. I have completed Graphic Designing, Social Media Marketing, and Meta Ads, and I am currently deepening my knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
